To be able to live in the United States, you would have to apply for the Immigrant Visa.

2. Send it to the NVC to process it and pay the fees;
3. Submit the I-864 Form;
4. Gather your financial documents;
5. Apply online (DS-260 Form);
6. Gather your civil documents;
7. Gather your medical examination documents;
8. Schedule an interview with the U.S. Embassy or Consulate;
9. Scan and submit your documents and
10. Attend your Visa interview!
Where are Immigrants in the US from?

orphans adopted abroad and parents of U.S. citizens who are at least 21 years old.
Also family preference categories such as: spouses, minor children and unmarried sons and daughters over 21 of LPRs, married sons and daughters of U.S. citizens and their spouses and minor children and unmarried sons and daughters of U.S. citizens, their spouses and their children.
