What are the required documents for the O-1 Visa?
The required documents for the O-1 Visa are the following:
the Form I-129 which should be filed by your employer or agent;
a valid passport; a 2×2 inch photography;
proof demonstrating your extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, business, education, or athletics, or extraordinary achievement in the motion picture industry;
a written advisory opinion from a peer group or a person with expertise in the beneficiary’s area of ability;
a copy of any written contract between you and the petitioner, the petitioner must provide an explanation of the nature of the events or activities, the beginning and ending dates for the events or activities and a copy of any itinerary for the events or activities.
How much does an O-2 visa cost?
The O-2 visa has a $190 application fee.
Before you may proceed with your application, you must pay this charge, as well as any extra costs that may apply depending on your country of residence.
To the visa interview, the applicant must provide all relevant original or certified copy civil documents.
Failure to present all needed documents to the interview may result in the visa being delayed or denied.
The following documents must be brought to the interview:
Letter of Appointment – The letter of appointment you received from NVC for your interview;
Photographs – two similar color photographs for each applicant,
which must fulfill the standard Photograph Requirements;

What is a O-1 Visa?
The O-1 visa is for individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, or who have a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry, and who have been recognized nationally or internationally for their accomplishments.
With this visa, you can work in the United States for a year and then renew or extend it.
The O-1 visa, on the other hand, is a non-immigrant visa that does not automatically lead to a green card.
You must convert to an immigrant classification to get from an O-1 visa to a green card.
How to apply for the O-3 visa?
You must complete numerous stages in order to apply for an O-3 visa.
You can apply with the principal visa holder (O-1 or O-2) or after they have received their visa.
If you don’t apply jointly, you’ll have to wait until your spouse or parent receives their O-1 or O-2 visa from the US Embassy before you can start the application process.
You must also apply at a U.S. Embassy in your home country. After this you will have to attend the visa interview after scheduling it.
For the visa interview, you must bring your documents file and you will be interviewed by an official at the U.S Embassy where you have applied.
You will be asked questions regarding your background, education, and purpose of visit to the U.S.
You must emphasize your relationship with the primary O-1 or O-2 visa holder.
If your spouse or parent has an O-2 visa, you must also establish ties to your home country to prove that after your visa expires, you will return.
Who can apply for a O-1B Visa?

A one-time great achievement, such as an Academy Award, Emmy, or Director’s Guild Award, or evidence of at least three of the following can be used to demonstrate distinction:
