How to change your status from a O-1 Visa to a EB-1A Green Card?
The O1 visa offers a road to permanent residency in the United States through the EB-1A green card, which applicants can apply for themselves, through their employers, or through a National Interest Waiver. Because the priority dates are current, the EB-1A green card is highly desired.
The processing period for an EB-1A green card is usually six to eight months, however it can take up to a year if Premium Processing is chosen.

The copy of the passport of the O-1 or O-2 visa holder,
Evidence of your relationship to the O-1 or O-2 visa holder;
If you are the spouse, you must provide a valid marriage certificate, and if you have children, you must provide a valid birth certificate.
