In the marriage-based green card interview, the objective is to establish that your marriage is real based on love and not on immigration benefits.
The questions will be about how you met in detail, your wedding, your relationship in general and questions about your spouse.

Which Green Card Forms are the most important?
The most commonly used Forms, where the petitioners and the beneficiary needs to file are:
Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative);
Form I-730 (Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition),
Form I-589 (Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal) and
Form I-140 (Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker).
How to be qualified for a Green Card?
By being supported by a parent (including your spouse) or by your employer, you can apply for a green card (GC).
Via an EB-5 investment, through the Diversity Visa (DV) lottery or via asylum, you can also become a permanent resident.
There are many reasons why you should apply for a Green Card, some of them being:

How many Green Cards are available per country?
For any eligible country, the maximum number of Green Cards available is around 3,500, which equates to about 7 percent of all Green Cards.
To be able to seek Asylum in the US you need the following documentation:
copy of your passport page with the nonimmigrant visa or parole stamp,
Form I-485 or Form I-912,
proof of your grant of asylum (Form I-94),
two passport photos of yourself,
proof of 1-year physical presence in the United States,
copy of your birth certificate,
the medical examination Form (Form I-693) and certified police records.
Who is eligible for the EB-2 Visa?
There are two groups eligible for this type of Green Card.
1. Foreign nationals holding an advanced degree or its equivalent, in order to receive the Green Card must apply for a job in the U.S. which requires the advanced degree together with five years of experience and progressive work on the field. And
2. Foreign nationals with exceptional abilities, must demonstrate a ‘’degree of expertise significantly above that ordinarily encountered’’ in the business, sciences, arts, or medicine. For both categories, a PERM is required, but in some cases, if petitioners work in the U.S. would greatly benefit the U.S., they may request to withdraw this requirement and instead sign the National Interest Waiver.
