Compared to having a temporary visa or a student visa, one of the best benefits of having a Green Card is that it makes traveling in and out of the United States so much easier.

To be able to enter the U.S., they must seek to work with the U.S. branch/affiliate or subsidiary of the employer where the petitioner has been in business with for at least 1 year.
